The OMT Garden 

Going out to the back of the pub through the conservatory, you find yourself on our paved patio which leads to the fully decked garden which is open all year round. We have a selection of mature trees and shrubs along with annuals and flowering troughs and pots. At the rear of the garden a large wisteria rambles over the trelliswork with its fragrant flowers scenting the air on a summer’s evening.

We invite you to enjoy your drinks here in an atmosphere which it would be hard to equal in central Bristol. On a summer’s afternoon a sense of tranquillity pervades the garden even though we are so close to the city centre. One reviewer described it as ‘an oasis in the heart of bustling Old Market’.

Enjoy an alfresco lunch with a glass of something refreshing or soak up the sun and a beer on a lazy afternoon. In the evening enjoy the scented air and the peace and quiet while you chat and drink a glass or two with your friends.

We have also provided a sheltered area of the garden for smokers when the weather is less clement.
